Your details

I need them for the invoice (required by law) and to send you the report. For now, Express needs a Spanish DNI/NIE and a Spanish address, plus a Spanish mobile number if you want the report by WhatsApp. If you don't have them, email infotb@tbtasaciones.com and I'll arrange it with you directly.

The property

Start with the cadastral reference: the property's 20-character ID in the Cadastre (Catastro), Spain's official property register for tax purposes. You will find it on the IBI (council property tax) bill, in the title deed or at sedecatastro.gob.es.

Must be 20 letters or numbers.
Check the Cadastre and confirm that this is the right property.

Photos

Optional but recommended: with photos the report reflects the real condition better. They are compressed on your phone before uploading (max. 1 MB each).

Summary and payment

Check that everything is right. Once you pay (by card or Bizum, the Spanish instant payment app), I start preparing the report. The report, the invoice and the emails are issued in Spanish.
